We do a private count of the land and then get the government count done. We install the drawing on it as per the laws and regulations of the Town Planning Department.

According to the approved drawing, we mark the plots on the site. After marking the plots, we get a non-agricultural (NA) measurement of each plot. Once the NA measurement is completed and we receive the corresponding map, we obtain final approval for the drawing from the Town Planning Department. Following this, we get the necessary non-agricultural order passed by the relevant Revenue Department. Once the order is passed, we obtain the "Komi Jasti Patrak" (Statement of Area Adjustment) from the concerned Measurement Department. This "Komi Jasti Patrak" is forwarded to the respective Tahsildar for their approval. After the Tahsildar approves it, the approval letter is sent to the concerned Circle Officer. Based on this, an individual 7/12 extract (land record) is prepared for each plot as per the drawing, and with this 7/12 extract, you can now buy and sell your plot. Once the buyer's name is registered on the purchased plot, they can apply for a building permit from the relevant Planning Authority according to their requirements

It can be easily obtained. Based on the map and letter of such a building permit, the relevant banks and financial institutions approve the loan, and after the construction is completed as per regulations, the completion certificate and occupancy certificate are issued for the said construction. In this way, all our operations are carried out completely legally. We do not follow any shortcuts in this process. While doing this work, we use modern surveying equipment and advanced technologies like AutoCAD for mapping, ensuring complete accuracy in the work done.
